Glasshaus Coffee and Conservatory

Glasshaus Coffee opened in January 2026 and is located right inside our conservatory!
Think cozy seating, a koi pond, free WiFi, and charging outlets.
Simple menu with a variety of hot drinks, kids options, and pre-packaged bakery items.

You do NOT need to purchase coffee to hang out—we truly wanted this space to be somewhere people can relax, reset, and just be. Mental health matters, and even 5 minutes surrounded by warmth and lush greenery can make a difference. Stay as long as you’d like—bring a book, snacks, or a hobby! You can hangout in our conservatory of course, even after the coffee shop closes!

Coffee Hours:
Monday-Saturday: 8 AM - 3 PM
Sunday: 10 AM - 3 PM

The Baldwin Greenhouse Conservatory is recently renovated for you to come in the cold winter months, breathe the fresh air, smell the green plants growing and forget the snow for a bit.

It's like a portal to spring!
